Uzbek delegation led by Senate chair participates in IV Eurasian Women’s Forum

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Today, on 18 September, the Fourth Eurasian Women’s Forum, themed "Women for Strengthening Trust and Global Cooperation," began its work in St. Petersburg.

The forum, which brings together the most active and influential women leaders, includes the participation of parliament speakers, heads of governments, over 1,500 delegates from 126 countries, and more than 20 international organizations, representing various fields such as business, science, education, and healthcare.

The Uzbek delegation, headed by Tanzila Narbayeva, Chairwoman of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis, is also participating in the forum.

As part of the forum, the Chairwoman of the Senate is expected to hold bilateral meetings with the heads of parliaments from several countries.
